In this workshop\, we reimagine feijoada with a plant-based twist\, honoring its cultural significance while embracing a future of conscious eating. It’s our way of sharing our beloved national dish that resonates with the spirit of communal dining and celebration. \nA Decolonial Approach to Dining \nJungle Brazil’s initiative to present a plant-based version of this iconic dish reflects a deeper commitment to decolonizing our diets. By choosing plant-based ingredients\, we acknowledge the need for sustainable practices that respect our planet and its inhabitants.
