From 2012 to 2016, Tahiba Melina served as curator, programmer, project manager, producer, and editor for the P.E.R.I.F.E.R.I.C.O Artistic and Cultural Exchange Project. This initiative brought together artists, collectives, and institutions from various Latin American and European countries, including Mexico, Chile, Bolivia, Argentina, Spain, France, and Colombia.
The project facilitated a vibrant exchange of artistic and cultural ideas across multiple disciplines and languages, fostering collaboration and understanding between diverse cultural communities. Tahiba’s role was pivotal in managing and curating the annual Latin American drama anthologies that showcased the rich tapestry of creative expressions involved in the project.
